Have you ever wanted to play your favorite game and couldn’t, because the dice were missing? Or you couldn’t roll your dice because there were no large flat surfaces (plane, car). This will never happen again with Real3DDice. You always have your digital dice with you in your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad.

Real3DDice is the most realistic dice roller on the app Store. It uses a full 3D engine and physics. It is not just a random number generator with a movie clip like most of the other dice roller apps.
Try for yourself and experience the ultra realistic dice simulation.

Features
- High quality 3D rendering
- Ultra realistic physics
- Number of dice selectable
- 2 Different floors for you to choose (including mirror, which will show your face)
- Includes RPG dice
- Realistic audio
- Completely random as it is a simulation of the real world
- All available sensors (differs depending on the device) are used for the motion (sensor fusion)
- Full iPad support
- Uses the full processing power of each device (best results with iPad 2 and Iphone 4s)
- The dice can be manipulated by multi touch
- Select mode to set dice aside to continue with the remaining dice (e.g. Yatzy®)

If you want to get rid of the advertisements in the app, the in-app purchase will take care of that. Please leave a good review if you liked the app.

Latest reviews of Real3DDice app for iPhone and iPad

Great
I little slow on the physics but very well done!
Absolutely perfect
The interactivity of the app is what won me over. Most dice apps dont let you touch the dice and roll them yourself. MUST HAVE DND APP FOR DICE, only one problem, wheres the D4? When D4 is added will be 5 star.
Not Bad
The Good: Very responsive to the accelerometer and the rolling is far less "floaty" than many of the other 3D dice rollers. And hey, its free. The Bad: Seriously, no d4? Why would you leave out the d4? No dice locking. Only 6 dice at a time. No color options. No way to save dice combinations. Ads at the top of the screen. Im not necessarily looking for a roller that allows for modified rolls and a ton of other bells and whistles. It would be very nice to be able to roll more dice (up to 20 would be awesome, but at least 10. I understand the format has its limitations). Essentially, what Im saying is that this is a really solid foundation. Beef it up a bit, add color options, more dice, the ability to save specific rolls and for the love of all thats holy, gimme a d4. An unneccesarry but welcome addition would be FUDGE dice (d6 with two + sides, two - sides and two blank sides). Remove the very annoying ads. All of this would make for an excellent basic dice roller that I would easily pay a couple of bucks for.
Good
I think its great for games w/ 1 or 2 die but otherwise its very cramped. Personally I like Real dice roll way better for D&D ( dungeons and dragons) oh, and 1 more thing It needs a D4 die
Great core, bad UI
The physical dice simulation, which is the core of the app, is fantastic. Unfortunately, its shortchanged by a poorly designed UI. * It uses only the accelerometer for rolling. It works great, however: - This makes nearly impossible to use in a car, which is one of the primary places youd really WANT to use virtual dice! - Many people dont want to shake the whole device in order to reroll the dice. You might have it lying in the middle of a table so people can play a game with it, and they dont want to be physically moving the device. * Only a few seconds after each roll, it starts making the device BLINK and puts the text "Shake to roll again" across the screen. This is extremely annoying. There are a lot of dice games that require looking at a roll for extended periods. Nobody wants to stare at blinking dice. * It puts numbers on the side, which most people dont want or need. No way to remove them. * It has a giant camera icon on the bottom to enable a feature (using the camera for the background) that most people will never use. No way to remove it. * The "back" button which returns you to the dice selection is a giant, blue and completely opaque. **How To Fix The UI** * Remove the camera button. * Shrink the back button, make it a more neutral color (beige is my recommendation; closer to a complementary color for the green felt), and make it semi opaque, so its as unobtrusive as possible. * Change the dice selection screen to include a options: - a switch to toggle between accelerometer rolling and swipe rolling - a switch to turn display of rolling instructions on/off - a switch to turn number display on/off - a switch to turn the camera background mode on/off Thats it. The app is better looking and easier to use.
